If there are changes on site, what will the Audio Visual Group do to keep things flowing smoothly?

EASY! Backup. All events are supplied with ample backup equipment for changes and support plus we are proactive in making alliances with a minimum of three local companies, but if time allows, we'll airfreight what we need to the site, maintaining consistent support quality. The AV Group has also designed the JRG05 all-in-one case system which provides all needed equipment to be kept in each meeting room for changes and convenience, without overhead to our clients. Just one more thing that keeps us in the forefront of our industry.
